Agave Saigon Mexican Bistro

Agave is the first Contemporary Mexican Bistro in Vietnam created by the Mexican owner of the restaurant Macho Taco, Ricardo, and Mexican Chef, Carlos Bravo who is well known for his great cuisine while being the Chef at Marriot Phu Quoc. At Agave, the desire to serve authentic traditional Mexican food is one thing, chef Carlos also has the ambition to explore more diverse elevated Mexican cuisine.

You can find many creative dishes in the tapas section of the menu. There’s Bone Marrow with Tuna Tatar, Huevos Rancheros with Wagyu Beef Shank - a traditional breakfast consisting of eggs, tortillas, salsa, Tostada Crab Tinga, and Croquetas of Cochinita Pibil that combines Yucatan-style slow-roast pork with the classic Spanish tapas dish.

You can also find a little extra with dishes from the “Los Pipirisnais” menu section.
